「老後、生き活き計画」を進行中で、 山梨県北杜市出身、埼玉県川越市在住の ”tomoaki” です。

本ブログは、大人な楽しみ方 / 遊び方、すなわち『「知的欲求」を机上だけではなく、フィールドワーク / Citi Walk (大人散策/ポタリング)を通じ、楽しみながら満たす』事が出来る様、様々な情報提供をして行く事を目的に、運営しているサイト(＝「大人な楽しみ方 / 遊び方」の情報提供を通じ、応援するサイト)です。

My name is “tomoaki” and I am currently working on “Plan for Retirement and Liveliness” and am originally from Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture and currently living in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

人生１００年と言われる様になり、「定年後の生活をどの様に楽しんで行くか」が、大きなTopicとなっている昨今、夫婦で検討し、私達の趣味である、旅行(温泉・ホテル)や街歩き(レストラン・花々・紅葉と言った自然)、お城や古い町並み・街道巡り(歴史や地形を知る)などを、自身の脚で歩きつつ(＝大人散策)、また自転車を利用(＝大人ポタリング)しながら、その情報を皆様に共有する事で、自身も楽しむと同時に、皆様のお役に立てるのでないかと言う結論に至りました。

老後と言う言葉を使っていますが、それよりは、「少し年齢を重ねた大人が持つ知的欲求を、旅行や食事、日常生活をどう楽みながら満たしてくべきか」と言った命題のもと、楽しみ方を模索しつつ、自身の健康も考えながらアクティブに動き、その成果を情報共有できればと思っております。
